Introduction and details of the Controller
This policy governs the processing of personal data contained on this page "Syn-Bios S.p.A." by Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico in relation to the processing of data and carried out by the same, under joint control pursuant to Article 26 of Regulation EU 2016/679 with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited , 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland.
This policy is in addition to and does not replace the policy of the social media platform Facebook (available at https://it-it.facebook.com/policy.php), offered by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which hosts this page and its contents, which continues to apply in relation to the processing of data carried out by the social media platform, to which Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico is not a party.
This policy is in addition to the Regulations for the use of this social page, which govern the rules for lawful interaction between users on the page in question and the publication of content.
Categories of personal data
As the manager of the Facebook page "Syn-Bios S.p.A.", Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico may process common data deriving from user interaction, the scope of which depends on the degree of interaction of the users within the page (name, associated e-mail address, profile information within the limits of the privacy settings set by the users themselves, alias, IP address, if any, etc.).
Users are fully responsible for the content they publish.
Similarly, Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico may process personal data of third parties for the purpose of creating and uploading content to the page (for example, images, names), which will thus be disseminated on the web, subject to obtaining consent and/or release where required by law.
Purposes and legal basis of processing
The processing of users' personal data in relation to the social page will be carried out in accordance with the following purposes:
- management and administration of the Facebook page 'Syn-Bios S.p.A.';
- control of content, including for legal protection purposes;
- interaction with users and collection of their feedback;
- promotion of activities through the publication of content;
- possible collection of registrations for individual initiatives.
In relation to the purposes listed above, the legal bases identified are as follows:
- points 1-2, legitimate interest of Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico in the administration of the page and in combating illegal acts committed by users via the website (Art. 6, par. 1, letter f), EU Reg. 2016/679) ;
- point 3, implicit consent expressed by unequivocal indication of consent to processing by users, in relation to the information freely shared by them on the page or their level of interaction (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a), EU Reg. 2016/679);
- point 4, legitimate interest in promoting the activities of Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico (Art. 6, par. 1, letter f), EU Reg. 2016/679);
- point 5, performance of a contract or service involving the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b), EU Reg. 2016/679).
Methods of processing.
The processing of personal data on the page is carried out in a fully automated manner, bound by the technical specifications provided by the platform, to which Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico is not connected.
Recipients
The data in question will be processed within the organisation.
If necessary to perform specific services, comply with legal obligations or protect rights infringed by users' activities in violation of the regulations, the personal data of users may be disclosed to third parties, such as third-party organisers of activities, legal advisors, the postal police, etc.

Users retain the right to request, where they are unable to do so themselves, the removal of content or the deletion of personal data insofar as this relates to the privileges of the page administrator.
Transfer of data to countries outside the EU
Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico does not independently transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Within the scope of the processing carried out by Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico, please note that users, who are considered data subjects for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679, may exercise their rights under Articles 15-22 of Regulation EU 2016/679 by writing to the page administrator.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Pursuant to Article 7, par. 3, of EU Regulation 2016/679, the data subject also has the right to withdraw consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
