PRIVACY POLICY (ART. 13 REGULATION (EU) 2016/679)
The REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation") establishes rules on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as rules on the free movement of such data.
In compliance with the principle of Article 5 of the Regulation, Syn-Bios S.p.A. a socio unico, as Controller, provides You with the informations required by Article 13 of the Regulation.
Purpose of the Processing
The processing of the personal data contained in Your Curriculum Vitae will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting Your confidentiality and Your rights and in compliance with the company's privacy policy. The company also undertakes to process Your data in compliance with the principle of "data minimisation’", so acquiring and processing the data only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:
- Recruitment and selection of personnel;
- Possible establishment of the employment or collaboration relationship.
We also inform You that, for the processing of the data contained in the Curriculum Vitae spontaneously sent by You to the Controller, Your consent is not required as it is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (art. 111 bis D.lgs. n. 196/2003, art. 6, par. 1, lett. b), of the Regulation).
The provision of Your personal data is necessary for the purposes referred to in points a), b), and Your refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to assess Your professional profile in relation to the role to be filled.
Method of processing
The processing of Your personal data will be carried out using paper and IT tools in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and, in particular, with the appropriate technical and organisational measures referred to in art. 32.1 of the Regulation, and with the observance of all precautionary measures that guarantee its integrity, confidentiality and availability.
Source of data
Your personal data have been sent by you to the Controller by filling in the form on the https://synbios.com website.
Categories of recipients
Your personal data may be communicated, strictly in relation to the purposes indicated above, to the following subjects or categories of subjects:
- subjects in relation to whom current legislation provides for the obligation to communicate, also in compliance with the requirements of tax and accounting regulations;
- to professionals (both natural and legal persons) to whom the Controller should entrust certain activities in outsourcing (for example: labour consultants for the purpose of preparing the documentation necessary for the establishment of the employment relationship).
In relation to the categories of subjects referred to in letter b), the Controller undertakes to rely exclusively on subjects who provide adequate guarantees regarding data protection, and will appoint them as Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation. The list of Processors is available in the company and may be viewed upon request to the Controller.
Moreover, Your data will be processed, exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes, by company employees and/or collaborators assigned to personnel recruitment and selection, and specifically authorised and instructed by the Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulation.
Your personal data will not be disclosed, unless required by a law or regulation or by EU legislation.
Retention period
The data will be kept for 18 months starting from the date of receipt.
Transfer of data abroad
Personal data shall not be transferred outside the European Union.
Rights of the data subject
You may at any time exercise Your rights under Articles 15-22 of the Regulation to the Controller.
In particular, at any time, You will have the right to request:
- access to Your personal data;
- their rectification in the event of their inaccuracy;
- their erasure;
- the restriction of their processing.
You will also have:
- the right to object to their processing if they are processed in pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Controller, if You consider that your fundamental rights and freedoms have been violated;
- the right to request that the data You have provided to the Controller be transferred to another controller ("right to data portability"), where the processing is based on Your consent or on a contract concluded with You and is carried out by automated means;
- the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, personal data relating to You pursuant to Article 20 EU Reg. 2016/679;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
