֎ The production/organizational department conducts all activities with a Customer-centric approach, ensuring product excellence and fast service, while maintaining constant focus on emission reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible environmental management;
֎ The R&D department is committed to formulating innovative and sustainable products that comply with legal requirements and ZDHC guidelines for the elimination of hazardous substances, reducing climate impact, and protecting human health and the environment throughout the product life cycle.
We have integrated the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System with ZDHC guidelines as a tool to achieve corporate objectives, meet commitments, promote continuous process improvement, and ensure compliance with mandatory product requirements.
We first analyze the context in which the company operates to identify stakeholder needs and expectations, and we assess in advance risks and opportunities related to Health and Safety, Environment, Quality and Climate Change.
Through periodic reviews of our integrated system, we verify the effectiveness of the actions undertaken, the adequacy of resources, and the evolution of the climate and environmental context, and we identify the opportunities for continuous improvement in order to achieve our objectives.
